xWhat do you use to draw?

-For drawing, I use Gaomon S620, Paint Tool SAI 2 and occasionally Clip Studio Paint & Photoshop.
-For animating, I use After Effects, Live2D and Premiere Pro for editing.

xHow do I commission you?

-Fill up one of my commission forms. If you're not sure, you can always contact me first!

xDo you have a waitlist I can be added to until I afford your services?

-Unfortunately, I don't have a waitlist anymore. Having a waitlist confused and put more pressure on me so I got rid of it.
-Instead of a waitlist, you can always contact me to add you to my trello as unpaid until you're able to pay. (this is only if you're 100% sure about getting an order from me).

xWhat's your ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?

-If the commission is paid, it should be started the moment there is no other pending commission before it. This could take weeks to months so make sure you're okay with willing to wait if there are pending commissions before yours (Check Trello or ask me directly).-According to my TOS, you'll always be allowed a refund if you needed one and I haven't started your commission yet.

xDo you take down payments?

-No, unless you're someone I'm already acquianted with and have worked with before.

xDo you take payment plans?

-Yes. If your order passes 300$ you're allowed to ask for payments plans.

xDo your rigs include Vbridger?

-No, unless it's been discussed already for it to be included and the fee was paid!

xAfter completing my model, can I come back for new assets in the future?

-Of course!

BEFORE YOU COMMISSION ME:

-If I'm asked to draw in a style other than mine, please keep in mind that I CANNOT copy the entire referenced style. You are commissioning ME for my work, not to somebody else's. So please do respect how I do things.

-After contacting me to make an order OR filling one of my commission forms, your order is added to my "To do" list on Trello as unpaid until the commission is paid.!This is not first come first serve!
if you're added to my "To do" list, the list is not in order. If your order is paid before the other unpaid orders, you will move up the queue.

Once the commission is fully paid, I sketch the commission and base color it. It's then sent over for approval.
After the modifications part is over and it's approved, the lineart process starts (lineart is only for models, this part is skipped for regular illustrations). Lineart process is usually the longest since its where I separate all parts to make it easier for later so there isnt much updates on this phase.
The coloring phase is where I send sneak peeks here and then. After the commission is done I ask the client again for last modifications before I officially finish everything (clean out all the separate parts to be ready for rigging for models).
This whole process might take from 2-3 weeks to a month unless something came up that might slow down my process on it. (unless a rush fee is stated beforehand)

IMPORTANT: Communication is very important to me as I often take a lot of work so managing several dms gets very complicated. So incase you haven't gotten a reply from me at any point please don't hesitate to dm again even if I'm busy! Thank you!

Terms of service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the following terms:

GENERAL TERMS
> Before seeking a commission from me, make sure you fill out the commission form.
> For written information it needs to be clear as well as refs provided for it for me to make your commission as accurate as possible.
> Please be respectful and patient!
>Don't ask me to draw in somebody else's art style.

PAYMENT TERMS> Payment first before I work on your commission. Payments are sent through Paypal. After I accept your order I will be sending you an invoice to your Paypal which you will pay through.> If payment is not sent, the commission will not start.>Payment plans are allowed for l2d models only! Your commission will start the moment the payment plans are fully paid.

COMMISSION TERMS> The length of the commission will be disclosed if I'm asked. If there is no deadline payment, the time length depends on many factors such as; complexity, outside disruptions like school or jobs, order of commissions, etc. If a due deadline was paid, the commission will arrive on time.>Keep in mind that the ETA only becomes active the moment the commission is started.> I'm a communicative artist as I make sure you don't feel like your commission is abandoned. If you ordered a L2D model or a big illustration, it is favorable we stay in contact while I work on it.> You're allowed to ask about updates but please do it limitly otherwise the anxiety from rushing me will not work favorably on the quality of your commission.

COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL TERMS

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore i'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

-To display it anywhere to my liking and post it wherever I want on social media (unless your commission is private, see “additional information”. Or your commission is a model that has a reveal date).
-I will not claim intellectual property of your character nor will I profit from the commissioned artwork.

> The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, and claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself. As well as using the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the me, the artist.> You CANNOT resell the commissioned piece without my consent.> You CANNOT remove any of my watermarks and take credit for my commissioned piece.> You CANNOT alter the artwork without my consent.> You CANNOT commercialize any of my artworks, this includes selling prints, cups, shirts, or any object that uses my artwork for commercial purposes unless the commercial rights were already discussed and bought.> For L2D model commissions, commercial rights are already included with the full price.> With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, this includes all digital and physical use. Credit is still REQUIRED for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

Canceling/Refunding policy

-I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.-You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after the commission has started.-If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.-If it has been over 5 months and your commission is not yet done, you are allowed to ask for a refund.-If you, the client, attempt a chargeback after receiving the finished commission, you will be blacklisted and your name will be shared amongst other artists for safety. You will loose the full right to that artwork, this means I am allowed to resell or use for my personal uses. I have the full right to file a complaint against you, and receive the FULL payment back.
