xWhat do you use to draw?

-For drawing, I use Gaomon S620, Paint Tool SAI 2. Occasionally Clip Studio Paint & Photoshop.
-For animating, I use After Effects, Live2D. Premiere Pro & Davinci Resolve for editing.

xHow do I commission you?

-If my commissions are open, fastest way to reach out is via Twitter DMs after filling up one of my google forms.

-If my commissions are closed, there might not be a response from me if you reach out via DMs. Email me instead!

xDo you have a waitlist I can be added to until I afford your services?

-Unfortunately, I don't have a waitlist anymore as it confuses my process.

xWhat's your ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)?

-Currently, I cannot offer an estimate. This will be updated later on once my process stabilizes and it's more clear!-The ETA is active the moment I let you know that I started working on your commission, not when you take a slot.-According to my TOS, you'll always be allowed a refund if you need one and I haven't started your commission yet.

xDo you take down payments?

-No, unless you're someone I'm already acquianted with and have worked with before I may allow it.

xDo you take payment plans?

-Yes. If your order passes 300$ you're allowed to ask for payments plans.

xDo your rigs include Vbridger?

-Currently, no.
In the future there will be!

xAfter completing my model, can I come back for new assets in the future?

-Of course!

BEFORE YOU COMMISSION:

x Please do not ask me to copy someone else's artstyle, design or any of the likes. Only commission me if you're 100% sure you like what I offer to avoid complications.

I deal with health issues often and I would need to prioritize my health and take my time sometimes. Thank you for understanding!

-After contacting me to make an order OR filling one of my commission forms, your order is added to my "To do" list on Trello as unpaid until the commission is paid.
-
!First come first serve only applies to paid orders!
My Trello "To do" list is not in order. If your order is paid before the other unpaid orders, you will move up the queue.-
If you paid for a deadline rush fee, your commission is instantly prioritized.

MY WORK PROCESS:

-Once the commission is fully paid and it's the client's turn on the queue, I sketch the commission. It's then sent over for approval.
-Once approved, the coloring/rendering phase starts.
-There might be less updates during this phase as I personally like to ask for revisions after everything is done, but the client is always welcome to ask for more updates if they wish!-After the commission is done I ask the client again for last revisions before I deliver over everything.

IMPORTANT: Communication is very important for both sides to feel and stay comfortable, so make sure you reach out if you have any concerns!

Terms of service

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the following terms:

GENERAL TERMS> Before seeking a commission from me, make sure you read through the FAQ and BEFORE YOU COMMISSION section as well as read the entire TOS.
> Provide as many references as possible, make sure you don't miss any written details so the commission process goes smoothly.
> Please be respectful and patient!
> I will not tolerate any sort of mistreatment to myself as well as to my work. If at any certain point I felt uncomfortable continuing working with you, you will be notified and shortly the Canceling/Refunding policy and terms will ensue.

PAYMENT TERMS> I receive the full payment first before I start any sort of progress on your commission. Payments are sent through Paypal. After I accept your order I will be sending you an invoice to your Paypal which you will pay through.> If payment is not sent, the commission will not start and will be canceled if there is no further interest in proceeding.>For payment plans, the client is allowed to pay any amount per month, as long as the commission is fully paid within 12 months after making an order.

COMMISSION TERMS> Unless I specify a date of delivery, the ETA will entirely depend on many factors such as; complexity, outside disruptions (my living situation, family or health issues), your order's place on my queue.>The ETA only becomes active the moment the commission is started.> Commissions with deadline fees are always delivered on time.> Asking for updates is encouraged! As long as it's not too frequent.>If I, the artist, at any moment encountered complications and was unable to deliver your commission, you will be refunded fully.> If you ordered a L2D model or a big illustration, it is important we stay in contact while I work on it.> If it is not your turn yet on the queue, there will be little contact from me until it's time to start your commission. The client is always encouraged to reach out to me for any questions or concerns.

COPYRIGHT & COMMERCIAL TERMS

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Therefore i'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

-To display it anywhere to my liking and post it wherever I want on social media (unless your commission is private, or your commission is under NDA until a certain date.
-I will not claim intellectual property of your character nor will I profit from the commissioned artwork.

> I retain copyright, meaning I still own the artwork and control how it's used.> As of 7/29/2025, my commissions have commercial usage included in the price. If the client wishes to not get commercial use privileges, they're required to let me know so I adjust and lower the price according to personal use only.> The commissioner is allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to promote themselves with proper credits given to me, the artist, as well as claim the rights of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.> With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork, this includes all digital and physical use. Credit is still REQUIRED for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited with my consent.> For previous L2D model commissions made before 7/29/2025, commercial rights are still included.> If the commissioned piece is a fan art, meaning it involves third party copyrighted characters, it will not include commercial use and is for personal use only. I hold no responsibility over what the client chooses to do with the commissioned piece.> You CANNOT resell the commissioned piece without my consent.> You CANNOT remove any of my watermarks and take credit for my commissioned piece.> You CANNOT alter the artwork without my consent.> You CANNOT under any circumstance feed my art to AI. All rights to your commission will be revoked and you will be blacklisted and blasted everywhere.

Canceling/Refunding policy

-I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.-If the payment has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission at any given time.-If the payment has been sent but the commission hasn't started yet, the client is allowed to cancel/ask for a refund after 6 months of the time of ordering.-You have no right to cancel or demand a refund if your commission has already started. Unless I, the artist, agreed to issue a partial refund based on the circumstances given and my terms.-If you, the client, attempt a chargeback after receiving the finished commission and approving it (no revisions needed), you will be blacklisted and named publicly. Your name will be shared amongst other artists for safety. You will lose the rights to that artwork, this means I am allowed to resell or use for my personal uses. I have the full right to file a complaint against you, and receive the full payment back.
